Welcome to Twozens! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be precise. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment method charged. If your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at any time. We may require additional verification or information before accepting an order. If we cancel an order after processing your payment, we will issue a full refund.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed by the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product prices, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. Payment must be received before we process and ship your order. We accept various payment methods as detailed in our Payment Methods page. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the overall “look and feel,” is the property of Twozens or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our express written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
• Using automated scripts or bots to place orders or extract data.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Interfering with other users’ enjoyment of the Site.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Twozens. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party websites. You access such links at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. TWOZENS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TWOZENS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Twozens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

For any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@twozens.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date and will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
