Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Twozens offers a generous 50‑day return policy on most items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

1. Return Window

You have 50 calendar days from the date you received your order to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or our error.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • All original tags and labels attached.
  • Returned in original packaging (if possible) to prevent damage during transit.
  • Not classified as final sale or intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear for hygienic reasons). Final sale items are clearly marked on the product page.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (due to hygiene)
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items returned after 50 days

4. Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. You will not be charged any restocking fee or handling fee. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you once your return is approved.

If you are returning an item because it was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will also refund the original shipping cost (if any) and provide a prepaid label.

5. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to return your item(s):

  1. Log in to your account on our website (you can access it with your order number and email).
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and choose a reason.
  3. Submit the request. Within 1–2 business days, you will receive an email with a prepaid USPS/UPS shipping label and return instructions.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if available, attach the label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location (e.g., Post Office, UPS drop box).
  5. Keep the receipt or tracking number until your refund is processed.

If you do not have an account, please contact us at support@twozens.com with your order number and we will assist you manually.

6. Return Address

Please do not send returns to our business address unless instructed. All returns must be sent to the address provided on the return label. The address may vary depending on the product. For your convenience, our centralized returns warehouse is:

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to post to your account. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

8. Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. However, you may request an exchange during the return process. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank – there is often processing time before a refund is officially posted.
  • If you still need assistance, email us at support@twozens.com with your order number and return tracking.

10. Cancellations Before Shipping

If you need to cancel an order, please see our Cancel/Change Order Policy. In general, cancellations are possible within a few hours of ordering, before the item enters processing. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled; you will need to initiate a return after delivery.
