At Twozens, we strive to deliver your favorite apparel quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow a few extra days for transit.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer a simple, flat-rate shipping fee for every order:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.00 per order (regardless of order value or number of items).

There are no hidden fees; the shipping charge you see at checkout is the final amount.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders require a handling period before they are shipped. This allows us to pick, pack, and quality-check your items.

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

4. Shipping Transit Times

After your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location within the U.S. The table below shows the typical transit times once the carrier has picked up the package.

Total estimated delivery time = Handling time + Transit time. For example, an order shipped to New York could take 1–3 days handling plus 5–10 days transit, for a total of 6–13 business days. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees; carriers may experience delays due to weather, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can also track your order by logging into your Twozens account. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@twozens.com.

6. Delivery Issues

6.1. Lost or Stolen Packages

Twozens is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the items, please check with neighbors, your building management, or file a claim with the carrier. We can assist by providing necessary documentation.

6.2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@twozens.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs if applicable.

6.3. Address Errors

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot reroute it; you may need to pay for a forwarding service or accept a returned package. Twozens is not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

7. Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic shipments. The carrier is chosen based on your location and package size. All carriers are reliable and provide tracking.

8. Holiday and Peak Season Delays

During high‑volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), handling and transit times may be longer than usual. We will notify you of any known delays via banners on our website and email updates. Please plan your purchases accordingly.

9. International Shipping

As of now, Twozens only ships within the United States. We do not accept orders for international delivery. If you are located outside the U.S., we encourage you to check back later as we may expand our shipping zones.
