Twozens offers a variety of secure payment options to make your shopping experience convenient and safe. All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

How We Protect Your Payment Information

Payment data is processed directly by our payment partners (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) who are PCI DSS compliant. We never have access to your full credit card number.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the total amount of the purchase. This may appear as a temporary hold. We only charge your card when your order is confirmed and processed. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will void the authorization or issue a full refund.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address and applicable state and local laws. The tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Currency

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a currency conversion fee. Twozens is not responsible for such fees.

Payment Confirmation

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes payment details. Please retain this for your records. If you notice any discrepancies, contact us immediately.

Failed Payments

If a payment is declined, we will notify you via email. Please verify your payment information and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank or card issuer. We reserve the right to cancel orders with unresolved payment failures.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on timing and conditions.
